We provide digital marketing, lead generation, booking systems, marketing automation, website development, content, and reputation management services. Specific deliverables, timelines, and fees are defined in your individual service agreement.
Monthly retainers are billed in advance and due on the agreed billing date. One-time projects require a deposit before work begins. Reservation fees and other charges are payable through our secure online payment processor. All fees are in Philippine Pesos (₱) unless stated otherwise.
You agree to provide accurate information, timely approvals, and any access required to deliver the services. Delays caused by missing inputs may affect timelines.
Upon full payment, deliverables created specifically for you become your property, except for third-party tools, templates, and software which remain licensed to their respective owners.
We deliver our services with reasonable care and skill but do not guarantee specific results such as a fixed number of leads, bookings, or revenue. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the service in question.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

This policy explains how refunds and cancellations are handled for services provided by Stellar Growth, the brand of Starbound Growth Digital Marketing Service.
Monthly services are billed in advance. You may cancel with at least 15 days' written notice before your next billing date. Fees for the current billing cycle are non-refundable once work for that cycle has begun, as resources and ad management are committed in advance.
The initial deposit is non-refundable once work has started, as it covers planning and setup. Remaining balances are billed against completed milestones.
Reservation fees collected to secure a consultation slot are non-refundable but may be rescheduled or credited subject to the applicable schedule and notice period. Duplicate or erroneous charges will be refunded in full.
